The Board of Directors is responsible for setting the overall strategy of the business and making sure it meets its social objectives. Directors share a commitment to the values and aims of Greener Growth, and have wide experience ranging in business management, working with communities and permaculture. They have monthly meetings to review performance and assess Greener Growth’s financial position; two of the three directors serve as Non-Executives.
The Chief Executive works with the Finance Manager to make sure the company operates within its financial constraints and that resources are applied in accordance with agreements with funders.
A Directors’ Report and Financial Statements are filed at
Companies House every year and Greener Growth annually reports to the Community Interest Company Regulator with how it has benefitted communities. Cash flow projections for a minimum of twelve months are prepared on a rolling basis.
